2014-2015 Reflections

2014 has been a great year for me. Wonderful things have happened in my life including little improvements of my work abilities. I got inspired (and will always be) because of my family and God is always there. They gave me everything I need in order to keep moving forward. They will always continue to inspire me in the years to come. Because of that, so thankful to God, all glory and honor will forever be for HIM.


2014 was my most colorful year yet, and I thank God for it. As much as it was difficult, it also played a huge part in molding me as a person. Also, it was a year of blessings and good realizations. We always come out stronger, and it goes to show that we will never be forsaken and that things always happen for the best of reasons. Today, we look past all of that, but we must still continue to treasure every bit of it.

I'm looking forward for the new year (2015)! Facing the new year with high hopes and strong faith.  "I lift everything up to You, Lord!" From every struggle, to every moment of success. This year will be spectacular! Let's claim it!" :) :) ;) ;)

Camotes Island: Our Trip to the Lost Horizon of the South

Summer is not just the time to go to places to relax, unwind and soul searching. You can have all the days you want, all the time you need and all the places to visit. Since I was in college, I always wanted to visit some bigger islands here in Cebu. Human combustion isn’t real. At least, that’s what my science professors in college and high school said. Yet, somehow, I felt like I was on the verge of bursting into flames as the dry season was about to officially kickoff. With Metro Cebu heating up environmentally and politically, I had a craving for a refreshing escapade to get away from the hot spell. And, as I was going through a multitude of options, a beautiful idea flashed into my mind. Why not take a plunge at the famous beaches and trendy places in Camotes Island here in Cebu? The Cafe Hopper!

Apart from being workaholic person, I also set my another businesses into pleasures which I'm always counting on. Because I believe some things should not be taken for granted for those have been around for a long time.  What I'm talking about actually are the simple pleasures that also gives meaning to life. And some of these might be new for me because it's more indulging, like my newest passion, "photography." But recently, I'm into hops and fun! Particularly in a place called Cafe.. So, yes, I'm now literally called a cafe hopper even if I'm too occupied with work-related activities.
