SNIPPETS OF MY LIFE

He has always amazed me ever since he became Pope. I was happy, first and foremost, when I've heard from the news that he's traveling on an Asian Trip, first from Sri Lanka then to our native nation, the Philippines on January 15-19. So, I was then a bit excited for the papal visit even though I could only see him on T.V. and could not reach him personally.  Pope Francis' mission to the Philippines was to give new hope for the Filipino people and to inspire them to have more faith in God, even more deeply. Especially to all the Yolanda survivors in Tacloban and Palo, Leyte, who have been much affected with the typhoon a year ago. I knew he would make a difference on the Church’s message, and he did, right from the very start up until now. He has invited all of us to reexamine our faiths and what role it is playing exactly in our lives today.
