Lo and Behold, It’s my SEMBREAK!

Hello dear readers! It has been a while since I last blogged.

Before our sembreak have commenced, I've told myself, "Yes, I'll finally have a free, relaxing weekend and weekdays to catch up on some blogging and do some important other things. Also, I want to do some stuff which I can enjoy and I've expected to have a break, to really have a full semestral break away from a busy life, from checking paper works, making forms and others, because I know this is such a good time for rest and relaxation in our house or any place I like. It is also a time to reduce my stress and recharge my batteries". But unfortunately, my longings just had  gone temporarily, because we had our long-days-week INSET training. I knew already that we will have a training, but it turn out of the blue that the training will be done for 5 days. So, literally, I have no sembreak! However, I didn't take it as a misconception because during the latter days, I became excited for it. Happily, I wanted to challenge myself for it although it's tiresome, it's because I want to be productive.

The Venue: Day 1- Having the Orientation with Ms.Marigold as the speaker

Me, having a pose on the limelight

                                                                 with my beautiful colleagues

The participants of the South District- Mass Training of Teachers

During the 5-Day training (from October 20-24), I didn't  dislodge myself to shyness, instead I participated all the activities given to us by each of our speakers. Gladly, I became more confident. So grateful to have the speakers who were very approachable.

Who won't forget the child protection policy dealing with case analysis whose speaker is very good, eloquent, good-mannered, and most of all, a religious person. Yes, I'm talking about Mrs. Valentina Abing.

I'd be sleepy the entire day if it's not the voice of Mrs. Herlie, who is our speaker for Child Development and an Approach to Positive Discipline. I admired her soft and clear voice and she's so passionate. We had understood all her questions. If given a chance, I would merit her to an outstanding rate.

Our mind, body and soul were always on the go to process another learning because of her persona, Ms. Mengie Tajanlangit. She's the speaker of the Values Clarification and Understanding Bullying. I wouldn't forget her stunning and genuine approach with us. That's why she's called the IDOL of the South District! No wonder, we click to each other during our partnership as Girl Scout Troop Leaders in every encampment since 2009.

The speakers I've mentioned here are just my favorite, but still others are very good. I'd just admired and appreciated them much because of their way of delivering and in putting up the mood of the participants.

My Groupmates: Team Go! Go! Go! :))

Sitting beside me is our Gorgeous Reporter, Rubejie

comfortable enough to stay with the group and the room as well

And so to top it of, from Day 1- Day 5, my overall impression for the INSET training this year is-- IT WAS VERY SUCCESSFUL! There was never a time we got dulled and it was a complete package. We're very much thankful to our administrators, the principals, and most of all to our so  called the mother of the south District, Ms Marigold Jumao-as (just an endearment), for organizing and managing the team and for providing us another fruitful learning experience. All of them deserved to have a resounding round of applause!!!
Our Mother, and we are her instant children at heart!
We now promise to be truthful to be protectors of our children.
Signing the pledge of commitment. Meaningful day.

The pledging and signing day! my energetic Grade v co-teachers with our principal, Dr. Velos

I just had a realization that trainings are made for us to be able to learn, the surmounting ideas and knowledge we have gained should be kept forever. The trainings here are really excellent!

~(Note: I'll be posting soon  some of my insights for every topic given by each speaker we had during the  Mass Training For Teachers and Child Protection Policy (from Day1-Day 5)
