Things You Will Learn In Every Mountain Climbing

“And once the storm is over, you won’t remember how you made it through, how you managed to survive. You won’t even be sure, whether the storm is really over. But one thing is certain. When you come out of the storm, you won’t be the same person who walked in. That’s what this storm’s all about.”― Haruki Murakami

Why do you climb mountains? Be the question I often received and answered them with a question “Why doesn’t you?” I’m not being a sarcastic. I just want them to know that there are no enough words to describe how it feels like climbing a mountain and to be with the mountain. One thing I am sure of, every mountain will teach us something.

Experience

This is one of the best things we will learn. Nothing becomes real to climbing mountains. It is experienced. To climb, we will experience that it’s not all about fighting the battles between life. It will teach us and helps us to sort out the most important things on earth .

Test Your Limit

It’s like climbing uphill and we’re out of breath. We think that we can’t do it anymore. We realize that we can still move forward and definitely to reach the peak we’ve been rooting for. Through that, we will truly appreciate what it is like to stand in the sun beyond limits .

Simplicity

In every mountain we climb, we will learn the real value of life. It’s not all about the materials we have and brag how expensive they were. It’s about the connections to mountains that many of us craves since the beginning. It is about the home of the beautiful creatures that shows us who simple life can truly be.

Humility

Climbing mountains gives us the perfect quietness of our hearts and nurtures our mind with positive thoughts. It expects us nothing, wanders us nothing. Mountains have a way of dealing the overconfidence that shadows in our life. Mountains wants us to take a bit of determination and a lot of humility in order for us to develop; we have a responsibility we should take care of.

In the end, it will all be worth it

The sun peeks and tickles our skin. The water is whooping around in order to catch our attentions. The wind kisses our cheeks. The trees were dancing with us. The mountain loves to hear every breath we take and every step we make. Mountain loves us despite of we sometimes forget that we should take care and love them too, yet, mountain still believes that we are all worth it from the beginning until the end.
